Ouest Coating
OUEST COATING quality management system meets the requirements of the norms ISO9001.V2000 and EN9100 and is certified by BUREAU VERITAS. Its special processes (HVOF, PLASMA) have many customer approvals: GE, EDF UTO, EADS � With its experience in the fields of metallurgy and coatings, OUEST COATING can participate in expert appraisals on site or in laboratory.

Thermal spray coating
Thermal spraying processes such as HVOF, HVOF-LF, Atmospheric Plasma systems, Electrical Arc, use raw materials under powder or wire forms. OUEST COATING operates the most advanced thermal spraying equipment, including computer aided Plasma spray system or HVOF-LF, together with thermal spray robot. All is done to assure a full control of all parameters and to provide repeatable quality standards, with high productivity. OUEST COATING supplies a wide range of coatings including chromium carbides, tungsten carbides, chromium oxide, alumina, TBC, abradable composites, metallic or non metallic alloys.

Brazing and vacuum heat treatments
The honeycomb strip, pressed against a brazing tape, is spot welded in the support part. The final brazing of the honeycomb is operated in a vacuum furnace between 1050 and 1150�C. Then, the complete part is machined and the honeycomb is grinded. Other kind of heterogeneous joint can be obtained by this method.

Grinding - Polishing Superfinishing
Ouest Coating ensures the finishing of coating surface until roughness less than 0,05 �m Ra for carbides and special coating, with perfect control of the quality and reproductibility. Ouest Coating implements polishing and superfinishing operation adapted to the service conditions of the parts.
